iFuel Interactive LLC does not sell or otherwise share your personal information with anyone else, such as advertising agencies or marketing companies.
We will share your personal information internally with those staff members who need it to complete your purchase or carry out your instructions regarding the receipt of marketing information. Authorized third-party service providers of iFuel Interactive LLC may also have access to this information in order to carry out their responsibilities directly connected with the processing of your purchases or handling of customer service issues. Our software integrates with SHIPCOMPLIANT (from Sovos Compliance, LLC, (Sovos): Image Science and Services, Inc.; Six88 Solutions, Inc.; 3PF, LLC; Convey Compliance Systems, LLC; and Invoiceware International, LLC) and BIGCOMMERCE (from BigCommerce Inc. and BigCommerce Software Ireland Ltd.) (herein included as “Companies”). These Companies provide Us with the online platform that allows Us to sell our services to you. Your data is stored through the Companies’ databases and software application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
